On Site Call Center Manager Training

The College of Call Center Excellence On-Site classes provide a cost-effective way to maximize your training, save on employee travel cost, minimize time away from work, and provide training in their call center- all lead by industry leading instructors! For managers looking to enhance their skills and insights on a wide range of subjects, there is no better program then The College of Call Center Excellence. Courses are designed to let you customize the learning experience by focusing on specific areas of interest. All courses cover the key challenges you need to address and successfully elevate your contact center to new levels of excellence.

BenchmarkPortal and The College of Call Center Excellence will do the following:

  1. Conference call with the Client to discuss and customize training to their needs
  2. Conduct 3.5 day On Site Management Certification course at client’s locations. See Appendix "A" for a provisional outline of the topics covered in this course
  3. Provide course materials, examinations, and certificates for the Course
  4. Each 3.5 day course can accommodate a maximum of 15 people
  5. The class will start at 9:00 am usually runs until 5:00 pm
